We had Thanksgiving dinner at two o’clock local time with a party of seventy-three. At a table of ten. There were eight tables and we use the pool table furthest from the kitchen, for coffee and pie. Between dinner and desert we had an abbreviated happy hour, giving us time for dinner to settle.

Room filling up

Turkey and ham with stuffing, pumpkin pie and gravy cooked at The Ranch House for three dollars per person. The other dishes supplied by the table attendees.
