Our gate coordinator stopped by and helped for awhile but the engine still will not start. This evening we went and purchased a can of starting fluid and will try that tomorrow.

Starting fluid, I got the engine to run on the starting fluid for a few seconds but that is all. Had to stop using the starter motor as it was getting too hot from the cranking of the engine. I am keeping the batteries charged by putting the battery charger on them and also using a interconnect with the “house batteries”. During the cranking the voltage meter in the dash does go down to eight volts but comes right back to thirteen volts when I release the seart switch. Ended up going out again for two more cans of starting fluid.

Gate coordinators son-in-law came about four this afternoon to help we did more to try and get fuel to the engine but no trick has worked, stumped again. I was able to get the engine ro run longer (seconds) getting up to two thousand RPM but there is no throttle control, it is only the starting fluid that is burning and not the diesel fuel.

I called Good Sam road service late this morning a guy arrived about twelve-thirty. He worked with me for about an hour finally finding he did not have the correct plug to download the computer faults. He was in his pickup on the phone then just drove off. At two hours I texted him and no response? Again the engine is running on starting fluid and one time I thought I had throttle control but it was not to be today.
