Richard and I installed flooring today, one hundred and twelve square feet of three hundred and sixty square feet with Wally’s help.

We are attempting to get two dryers (one stack) operational in the building as we have shut down propane gas operations in the old building. The cloths lines are working well with nine percent humidity and one hundred degrees, great for drying cloths outside.

The plumbing in the bathroom is complete except for the toilet connection to freshwater

The Tee fitting in the lower left now has a shutoff valve

and we will wet the pipes in the morning for a leak test of cold and hot water pipes inside the building.

At four o'clock I went to happy hour at the ranch house. After dinner I got this picture at sunset.
