The Original Ranch, Lakewood, New Mexico 77 degrees (for a short time) and mostly sunny to 106 degrees and sunny.

Horizontal brass pipe thread leaking

I leak checked the water into the building plumbing and the cold water had a leak where the sink hot water valve connects, a dropping leak noted for a few minutes and was shutoff again. Hot water manifold is another story. Outside a weeper at one heater outlet pipe the thread is dripping slowly. Inside the tee fitting for the number two washer was not glued on the main fitting feeding the number one and two washers a gusher.

These leaks inside were repaired today and the building inside is water tight.

Richard and I continued to install flooring tile today and about one hundred and eighty square feet are installed. Neil cut the holes for the dryer vent hoses in the building (six).

 Richard, Mike and I moved one stack of dryers into the new building and that is operating now.

At four o'clock Bonnie and I went to happy hour at the ranch house.
