Monday, July 30, 2012 The Original Ranch, Lakewood, New Mexico 67 degrees (for a short time) and mostly sunny to 97 degrees sunny.

We connected the hot water onto the building to the washing machine hot water manifold. Started to clean out the building of excess material and tools in preparation for the floor tile installation later this week. Painted the pipe chase area with a rubber spray sealing the wood from the possible water leaks.
At four o'clock Bonnie and I went to happy hour at the ranch house.

Vent pipe

I worked on the vent part of the drain system going thru the wall and added the outside vertical end and need to glue that tomorrow after breaking the glaze so paint will stick to the pipe and fittings. With Neil’s help we finished the hot and cold water in the washing room, thru the wall into the bathroom. Setup the new sink and installed the water faucet.

Continued to clean out the building of excess material and tools in preparation for the floor tile installation later this week. Picked up the washing machine platform as floor tile will go under the machine platform. The propane gas company will be here tomorrow to install the tank and regulators and test the propane gas system for leaks.
