Yesterday was a slow day hiding from the heat, 98 degrees again. Dry or wet, it was just plain hot, taking away your breath. This weekend it is a softball weekend here in Fuquay-Varina, NC starting with two games in the morning tomorrow. We went to Sanford, NC for a late lunch & to give Sally a drink, gasoline $2.529 there, cheaper than Holly Spring or Apex. Zane

99 degrees yesterday, low to moderate humidity. This year we are at 38 days temperatures above 90 degrees already, seven more days to break the record. From the above you can tell we did the same as yesterday.
