The Escapees Ranch - Lakewood, NM 28 degrees' and sunny to 56 degrees' and sunny.
Today is bank day. All four new officers and our co-op park managers go to give signatures to the bank that has our Ranch Co-op accounts. Then preparing work for board of directors meeting tomorrow. November is a busy month for our co-op board of directors planning the coming year's budget and setting the maintenance fee that is charged to the membership. We are also planning work (maintenance and up grades) that needs to be done our park was officially started in June 1983. So last June The Ranch was twenty-eight years old the second oldest Escapees Club Co-op park.
The six of us played Mexican Train dominos' Art and Sherry, Don & Doris and George & Bonnie. Girls against Boys, tonight boys win.

The Escapees Ranch - Lakewood, NM 38 degrees' and sunny to 70 degrees' and sunny.
I worked in side today at the Ranch House with the other board of directors present at The Ranch the plan The Ranch operating budget for 2012. This is a total line item review of 2011 with backup on some items for where the money went for expenses and the income comes from. This will set our member maintenance fee for the coming year.
