Four days off the gate for us we are enjoying the schedule of four on and four off. My wife was home at Buster by five thirty as the day person was at the gate early. After getting settled she was off to bed Kenedy for shopping and gasoline for Tan Jan with gasoline down to $1.389 a gallon.

After her nap she wanted to go to Cuero, well that did not pan out. We then went on to Victoria. Victoria a city of about sixty thousand and we can find any shopping or dinner options there.

Getting ready to get back to work going to a different gate site we decided to take a ride out there for a daylight visual. Well on our way there we get a call no not there call me. I had gotten this assignment on Sunday and things are changing fast. On the call I got directions to our next gate tomorrow morning. We made that trip and found a shorter way for the morning. The directions may have been simple either way and both ways have dirt roads but the way we left and used all work days the dirt road was shorter. Dirt roads are not good we are talking no more than ten miles per hour as going faster it is too hard to miss the pot holes.
