The Original Ranch, Lakewood, New Mexico 68 degrees and mostly cloudy to 75 degrees and mostly cloudy. Thunderstorms in the forecast for today and we only got some southwest rain showers.
MEWS - (Men Eating Without Supervision) eight of us car-pooled to The Paddock restaurant about five miles east of Artesia, NM for breakfast this morning. We left the ranch at eight-thirty for the drive there.
I talked with Carole today and told her of our plans to be there in Austin about the eleventh of November. I have been making travel route plans and worked on them again today.
Buster will take three days for the five hundred mile trip stopping in Big Spring and Brady, Texas.
At four o'clock Bonnie and I went to happy hour at the ranch house.
