Atascosa RV Park - Pleasanton, TX - Jan 19 - 20

Atascosa RV Park - Pleasanton, TX - Monday, January 19, 2015
Morning 36 Degrees, wind N 1, humidity 94%, partly sunny.
Afternoon 75 Degrees, wind N 6, humidity 53%, mostly sunny.

Today I thought would be a rest day, but more contacting the gate companies with the same result of every company being slow getting new gates. Any gates in progress are not needing relief people.

It was another nice day to be out and about. We did a drive into San Antonio getting our empty propane gas bottle exchanged for a full one. I would have stayed at Buster otherwise as this being a holiday the daytime traffic was a noticeable increase.

For the weekend it was a lot of traveling (driving) this weekend. South to visit with Bob & Jean then north to visit with Carole and family was almost three hundred-fifty miles so with the lower gasoline price we do not feel the pain at the pump as much. It is nice that every stop at the pump the price per gallon is down a penny or two.

Morning 41 Degrees, wind N 1, humidity 95%, mostly sunny.
Afternoon 82 Degrees, wind S 5, humidity 41%,  sunny.

In downloading pictures from the ipad from our trip to Carole’s I found some pictures on there of the refrigerator compartment with the Norcold refrigerator just removed.

This is a picture of the removed Norcold refrigerator sitting on the floor inside Buster before going out the window. This is the back side showing the cooling coils.

The vent opening, in the ceiling inside Busters refrigerator compartment, needed for the propane gas operation of the refrigerator, before being closed off.

Looking at the outside access and the propane gas tube that went to the refrigerator and hose for the brick heater. Also seen is the Norcold refrigerator floor.

Norcold refrigerator floor is removed showing wires and cables that go thru the compartment. On the left side there is a vent pipe that goes thru the left wall that is the height of the “new floor” for the Samsung refrigerator that will be installed.
