The Escapees Ranch - Lakewood, NM 71 degrees and sunny to 98 degrees and sunny.
The second day without having to make an ice run to Artesia. The refrigerator is steady at forty degrees morning noon and night. Bonnie and I did go in to Carlsbad to return a tool they left inside Buster when they were working on the refrigerator. Then we stopped into Wal-Mart to do some shopping.
We are slow with the ice maker, there was a problem with the tubing the repair man said the model ice maker is no longer made. I need to go back to Carlsbad next week and find out more information about this.

The Escapees Ranch - Lakewood, NM 71 degrees and sunny to 100 degrees and sunny.
Here we are at the end of the eighth month, wow the year seams to be flying by. Bonnie has a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday then we are planning to return to work in south Texas. I will call our employer before we leave the ranch to see what town to head Buster to in order to start gate guarding again.
Bonnie and I went to the ranch house for happy hour at four o'clock.
