Flow back crew are done this late this afternoon they took some of their equipment with them when they left but will return tomorrow for the rest. A slow day with just two water trucks removing water from the flow back.

Tonight about five thirty or six we had a cattle show, strung out as the first seen were a threesome then a short while later a few more then a few more then we had a propane tank truck leave the site. The truck caused the cattle to scatter on up the road and into the brush as they are very frightful.

Afternoon 96 Degrees, Wind NNE at 4 to 14 Mph, Humidity 33%, sunny.

Right next to nothing here at our gate. Two vehicles came today and plenty of television time for us to pass the time. We did have a cattle show tonight with it ending after six thirty. First was a group of three and a straggler walking and eating, what I do not know as there is not much grass. They did not come close to Buster or the generator trailer because when they got to about twelve feet from the generator trailer they diverted to the center or far side of the dirt road that goes behind Buster.

Frak tanks before any were removed

We got some action here today with a wire line truck and support trucks coming to the well site. Frak tank removal stopped last weekend when there were two tanks remaining because these had liquid remaining in them. That required the liquid removed before they can move the tanks off site. Yes the frak tanks have wheels to roll down the highway but the wheels and springs are not there to carry the weight of the liquid inside them. So today we had the water tanker trucks hauling out the liquid.

Cattle showed again tonight as a few (four) slowly walking up the far side of the dirt road. About the time they were going to go behind Buster and out of our sight more appeared walking towards Buster a couple in this group were “lookers” concentrating at  looking at Buster or our generator trailer. While other cows were walking closer and eating. Finally they also continued their walk and passing behind Buster out of our sight. And with that our last vehicle inside at the work area for the day left the site.

Thought For The Day – Sometimes it takes me all day long to get nothing done.
